By using the Site, booking a consultation, or opting into our SMS program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

2. Description of SMS Program

VOID SMP operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with clients and prospective clients about scalp micropigmentation services. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from us related to:

  • Appointment confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling notices.
  • Consultation follow-ups and pre/post-care instructions.
  • Service-related updates directly tied to your inquiry or appointment.
  • Responses to questions submitted through our booking or contact forms.

Message frequency will vary based on your appointment schedule and interactions with us. You will typically receive only the messages necessary to coordinate or follow up on your care.

3. How to Opt Out

You may cancel the SMS service at any time. To opt out, text STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message to verify that you have been unsubscribed. Once confirmed, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

If you wish to rejoin, reply START to a previous message thread or sign up again through our website forms. Please note that opting out of SMS does not affect other communications such as email or phone calls that you have separately consented to receive.

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and plan. VOID SMP does not charge a separate fee for SMS messages, but your carrier's standard text messaging and data rates will apply for all messages sent and received. Please contact your wireless provider if you are unsure about the costs associated with your plan.

6. Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission by your network provider and your device's ability to receive messages. VOID SMP is not responsible for messages that are not delivered, are delayed, or are blocked by your carrier, device settings, or spam filters.

7. Age Restriction

Our services and the Site are intended for users who are at least 18 years of age. By using the Site, booking a service, or opting into SMS communications, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from or communicate with individuals under 18.

8. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Site.
