12. Reservation & Cancellation Policy

At VOID SMP, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Because each session is prepared, mapped, and scheduled around a single client at a time, we ask for the same consideration in return, your time matters to us, and so does ours.

12.1 Complimentary Initial Consultation

Your first consultation is offered entirely complimentary, as our gift to you in beginning this journey. We simply ask that you honor your scheduled time. A missed consultation without prior notice will result in future consultations being subject to a consultation fee.

12.2 Rescheduling & Cancellation (48-Hour Notice)

Life happens, and we understand that plans can shift. To protect the integrity of our schedule, and the time held for you and every other client, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling request. Changes made at least 48 hours before your appointment may be rescheduled without penalty. Cancellations or changes made within the 48-hour window will be subject to a cancellation fee of 20% of the total service cost.

12.3 First Session Deposit Policy

To secure your first session, a deposit is required at the time of booking. This amount is not a separate fee, it is credited in full toward the total cost of your procedure.

Please note: this deposit is non-refundable in the event of a no-show or a cancellation made within the 48-hour window.
